Candidates will be selected through the following stages- Online Exam- The first stage of the selection process is the online exam, which will be conducted only for those candidates whose applications are accepted. It is mandatory to pass the online test to proceed to the next stage of selection. Language Proficiency Test- The candidate must have proficiency (reading, writing and speaking) in the local language of the state applied for. This stage is mandatory to appear in the next stage. Psychometric Test- As part of the selection process, candidates will have to undergo psychometric assessment. This test is conducted to determine the candidate’s alignment with Bank of Baroda’s core values and to assess their aptitude for sales-related roles. Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI)- The minimum qualifying marks/percentage of marks for GD/PI will be 60% for General Category and 55% for Reserved Category.

The online exam will consist of 120 questions from English Language, Banking Knowledge, General / Economic Awareness, and Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude.
